Our approach
Contrast, focus order, target size and reduced-motion behaviour are decided during design. Retro-fitting accessibility means redesigning.
Empty states, slow connections, validation errors and permission failures are specified, because that is where trust is won or lost.
Tokens, specifications and behaviour notes, not a flat image. Ambiguity at handover becomes inconsistency in production.

Events 2025
An annual folk festival in the Toronto area was running vendor, artist, volunteer and sponsor intake over email, on a static site nobody but a developer could change. We rebuilt it as an application platform the organising team runs themselves.
