Hosted by us
We run it and keep it running - updates, backups, monitoring and security patches. It can sit on your own domain, so staff and parents only ever see your institution's name, or on ours if you would rather not manage DNS. Nothing changes for your users either way.
On your own infrastructure
Where a regulator or an institutional policy requires the data to stay on hardware you control, it is deployed there instead, on a tier that covers the licence, updates and support. You operate it; we keep it current.
