Portfolio and case studies

Projects our clients still run, years after launch

From a Toronto folk festival's application platform to a fashion brand's online store and a textile institute's website in Bangladesh. Each case study leads with the outcome, and every number in it comes from the client's own records or the live site's analytics.

The rebuilt Scarborough Folk Fest homepage: the festival's logo and navigation above an SFF26 hero collage of performer photographs and folk-art motifs, with the July 25-26 dates.

Events, 2025

Taking a festival's vendor and volunteer intake out of the inbox

An annual folk festival in the Toronto area was running vendor, artist, volunteer and sponsor intake over email, on a static site nobody but a developer could change. We rebuilt it as an application platform the organising team runs themselves.

The Azyea storefront: the brand's wordmark above a hero photograph of a model in a red dress against a terracotta wall, with the latest collection beginning below it.

Ecommerce, 2024

Azyea: a Shopify ecommerce store for a clothing brand

A fashion designer with a real catalogue was running the entire business through a Facebook page and WhatsApp. Orders went missing in the message queue, nothing tracked stock, and the whole thing was capped at what one person could reply to.

The rebuilt Dinajpur Textile Institute homepage: the institute's bilingual logo above an amber navigation bar, a photograph of the campus building, and a list of the latest notices in Bangla.

Education, 2023

Getting an institute back in control of its own website

The institute had lost the credentials to its own hosting, domain and WordPress site, so nobody could update it and nobody could secure it. We replaced it with a site the staff control, and the student database WordPress was never going to give them.
